I am Janae Daniels. I am a wife, mother of 6, small business hiring aficionado, and homeschool advocate. I love reading and using the bathroom by myself. My life is busy. I know yours is, too!
I have been in hiring and recruiting since 2003. I discovered very early in my career that large corporations reign supreme and resources are almost exclusively dedicated to big corp. As my frustration mounted, I decided to do something for "the little guy"...the small business owners...the lifeblood of the economy.
In 2009, I began searching out, studying, implementing, and working on the best, most efficient, and economic practices for small business owners. Since then, my focus has been exclusively on small business. As small business owners, you give everything...blood, sweat, and tears. Now I want to give back to you!
